Cars that have been registered and scheduled for track time will be
divided up into the following groups:

Midgets
Sprint cars
Champ cars
Indy cars
Stock car
Small Block
Stock car
Big Block
Stock car
6 cylinder

Please note: If your car does not fit into one of these categories, please contact Al Novotnik (Event Coordinator) at your earliest convenience. Ph. (203) 847-7478, email: alnomotorsports@excite.com

Important: The order in which the groups will take to the track will be decided the day of the event prior to the drivers meeting on Wednesday. To ensure the event stays on schedule we ask you to please be knowledgeable of the order in which your group will take to the track - in particular, the group that you follow. In case you forget, the order will be posted at the announcers station located within the building housing the scale.

Once on the track each group will get approx. 15 - 20 minutes of track time.

Also please note: It is our intention to provide each group, throughout the entire 2 day event with: 1) an equal amount of track time, 2) the greatest amount of on track time possible. In the event the schedule needs to be revised, (for reasons beyond our control, for example inclement weather), we ask that everyone remain courteous and helpful toward each other as well as the event staff.

This event is known as one of the premier on track vintage race car events in the country, let us continue to all work together to ensure it stays that way.

Vintage Celebration
("Vic Yerardi Memorial") is the largest on track vintage racing car event in the US. Eligible vintage racing cars include: Midgets, Sprints, Champ cars, Indy cars and Stock cars. The event was the brainchild of Bob Bahre, New Hampshire Motor Speedway owner, and the late Vic Yerardi, a huge supporter of the Vintage Race Car movement.

Cars travel from as far away as California and Florida to participate in the event. Each year a Grand Marshall is named for the celebration. In past years, notables like Roger Ward, A.J. Watson, Buster Werke, Ron Bouchard & Ken Squier were honored.

Curious what an offenhauser sounds like at speed? Curious what 5-10 offenhausers at speed sound like? Curious what a Champ car sounds like at speed? Come out and experience with us what has been one of the best kept secrets. Expect to be impressed by the facility, by the people and by the RACING CARS!
